Remote training can be described as training that uses methods such as webinars, eLearning platforms and face to face live online training. It is important to not overstep the mark and allow employees the chance to learn independently but show them that the company is there to support them.
- Not creating a schedule. Although remote employees are very much in charge of their own time and how they manage it, it is best practice to create a series of deadlines or landmarks for what should be completed and by when. This will provide a structure and also show remote employees what is expected of them.
